Join the Love Adventure… where we connect leaders and communities with the transforming love and justice of the Divine
Kari and her team are powerful teachers and conveners of spaces and experiences where individuals, teams and communities can encounter the Spirit anew.

We are meant to thrive…
… as individuals, leaders and communities. We are meant to produce fruit and live in deep connection with other created beings, just like this garden. But sometimes our gardens are overrun, left in disrepair or just struggling.
Poor Soil Health
We have used up the soil nutrients and need to either let the soil rest (sabbath), add amendments (spiritual practices) or plant a better variety of plants.
Inadequate Water
Water is necessary for cleansing and new life. We need to return to the water of life and make sure it permeates all we do.
Lack of Biodiversity
Humans and sacred communities, like gardens, thrive best with diversity. How open are you and your community to different ideas, perspectives and identities?
Too Much or Little Sun
Mature mentors, like mature trees, help filter out too much sunlight so newer plants and seedlings can grow in their shade. How are you connecting the wisdom and protection of elders with new people, projects and ideas?
Lack of Thinning and Pruning
All plants benefit from seasons of thinning and pruning so that the plant/tree directs energy toward new growth. How do you curate seasons of thinning/pruning into your life and the life of your community?
Wrong Tools
Sometimes we are just using the wrong tools and a fellow gardener shows us better tools to use.
An array of approaches
When a community, leader or individual fails to thrive, a variety of approaches can reconnect them with the Source of Love and Life.

“Pastor Kari listened to our leadership team’s needs and goals and then crafted a leadership retreat that allowed us to build on past work while working toward new possibilities of mission and ministry. She used several exercises to help our leadership articulate our values and dreams and provided tools for us to continue the work beyond the retreat and share it with the whole congregation.”
